What is Our Plan

We currently have an existing portfolio where each entity owns its own portfolio. Our approach is to combine our existing portfolio into a combined Brownfields Portfolio, and incorporate future Greenfields Projects into AssetSmiths.

We wish to either raise R1.15b in equity investments, or debt instruments, so we can either list Assetsmiths on the Stock Exchange, or create a Private Equity Fund.
